Elliott Group have been employed to remediate
3nr student accommodation blocks in line with
the latest 昀椀re regulation. The works consist of the
removal of the existing HPL cladding including
the PIR insulation back to the CP board and
then re-construct using only A1 rated materials
including cavity and 昀椀re barriers as required. We
have also been employed to clean the existing
render 昀椀nish in order to provide a compliant
and clean façade. Its is worth noting that these
works are being carried out in a live environment
with the 3nr blocks fully accommodated.
