The project involves repurposing two existing
production buildings into a new Casein production
facility within an active food ingredients plant,
completed in two phases:
Phase 1: Wet Casein Facility
Demolition involved removing the existing roof
and internal structures, including the ground 昀氀oor
slab. A new concrete frame with a ground 昀氀oor
slab, mezzanine 昀氀oor slab, concrete roof slab,
columns, and walls for electrical and control
rooms was constructed. Finishes included a,
plastering, painting and steel doors.
Phase 2: Dry Casein Facility
Demolition included removing the roof and
internal structures, including the ground 昀氀oor
slab. A new concrete frame with ground, 昀椀rst, and
second 昀氀oor slabs and two new stairwells was
constructed. A steel roof structure with cladding
was added. Finishes including plastering, painting,
resin 昀氀ooring, steel doors and roller shutter doors.
