been beautifully transformed into a modern, agile
workplace while preserving its rich heritage.
The refurbishment posed unique challenges, from
navigating planning constraints on a listed building
to introducing a new mezzanine level in the former
station warehouse—all completed within a fully
occupied, live environment.
Guided by a strong commitment to sustainability and
innovation, our team delivered a dynamic workspace
that respects the building’s architectural legacy while
embracing modern ways of working.
Our in-house design team curated diverse work zones,
from versatile workstations to collaborative areas and
multifunctional meeting rooms, all designed to foster
productivity and connection. Thoughtfully integrated
lighting and audiovisual technology enhance both
sustainability and user experience, creating a
workplace ready for Elliott’s global operations.
