This project was on-site and was for completed
in June 2022. The frame was RC concrete, and
external walls were predominantly of brick and
curtain walling.
The Developer held the apartments as a PRS
Investment, orientating the speci昀椀cation and FF&E
selection towards a sustainable lifecycle and ease
of management of the buildings while ensuring
that tenants enjoyed a quality experience.
The project programme was 18 months and was
procured under a single-stage selection tender
process under a JCT D&B contract.
The scheme was a 昀椀ne example of Elliott
Group’s ability to deliver high-quality mixed-use
developments on a major scale within a citycentre environment. Oldham Street Manchester
was a mixed-use development comprising of
100 Apartments, 12,000 Sq. Ft of Commercial B1
Space, Basement (Storage) andCarparking for 9
Cars.
