The project involved constructing 211 apartments
across four blocks, including 10 studio units, 68
one-bedroom units, and 133 two-bedroom units
above an existing basement.
This design and build project required extensive
upgrades to the existing basement and podium,
with detailed piling and reinforced concrete works.
Elliott Group executed the project, providing a
full Design and Build solution. The 昀椀ve to sevenstory apartment blocks were constructed using
precast offsite frames over the upgraded podium,
completed in a condensed timeframe.
The buildings feature brick, stone cladding,
insulated render, curtain walling, and Zinc
facades attached to the precast frame. PVC and
aluminum windows were installed to achieve the
architectural 昀椀nish. The apartments were built
to an A3 energy rating and include heat recovery
systems for energy ef昀椀ciency.
