This project entails a comprehensive strip-out of
a seven-story hotel in Shepherd’s Bush, London,
reducing it to its shell and core structure. The
space will be transformed into a 231-room, highspeci昀椀cation, four-star Indigo-branded hotel.
The renovation includes the addition of a new spa
and leisure area on the lower ground 昀氀oor, complete
with a swimming pool and gym. Adjacent to the spa
area, new outdoor facilities will be created to enhance
the gym and spa experience.
