Mellon Educate Building Blitz: Our Sta昀昀 volunteering in a South African

Our internal Environmental Management team will
collaborate closely with project design and delivery teams
to guarantee timely and comprehensive ful昀椀llment of all
contractor requirements.
The team collaborates closely with essential supply
chain partners who hold designated credits, such as M&E
contractors, offering necessary training and support when
required.
Sustain IQ
To help us acchieve LEED acredited projects moving forward,
Elliott Group have recently introduced SustainIQ across all
our projects, launching the technology on our Co Living
Development on Cork Street. SustainIQ is the all-in-one ESG
& sustainability reporting software that measures, monitors
and reports on the social, economic, and environmental
performance of businesses. Laura is currently spearheading
the use of this app across all Elliott Group projects.
LEED
The LEED/WELL champion will collect and report all evidence
necessary for LEED/WELL credits on a monthly basis. The
Environmental Management team at Elliott Group, along
with pertinent project team members, possess the expertise
to complete monthly progress reports, compile supporting
documentation, and navigate the utilization of LEED Online.
Social Responsibility
Our dedication to social responsibility extends beyond our
business operations. Through initiatives like the Mellon
Educate Building Blitz, where CEO UK Noel Elliott and
volunteers participate in constructing schools in South
African townships, we contribute to community development
and global education efforts.
ESG has become a core tenet of our future strategy. Moving forward,
SustainIQ is one of the most crucial aspects of ensuring we can deliver
real-time and accurate reporting back to all of our stakeholders on our
ESG performance and keep ourselves accountable as we work toward
our longer-term sustainability goals.
